Here may be seen the meeting of the waters—from Calaveras Reservoir, the Sunol infiltration galleries, and the Livermore Valley wells. Here these waters mingleand start on the long flow down Niles Canyon, across the Bay, and up the San Mateo peninsula to San Francisco.
